Find Out How We Can Help!

Where are the best areas for LED Incentives and Rebates?

This is the #1 question we receive, sometimes on a daily basis. Unfortunately, there is no easy answer. Incentive and rebate programs come from multiple sources all with different requirements and incentive levels. An incentive program offered by a utility company in one location, might not be available in another. Or a state incentive program could be kicking off in North Carolina, and a similar program in South Carolina just closed out.

There are also a variety of factors that go into the incentive program:

  • Current technology being used
  • Proposed technology
  • Your business type
  • The size of your project
  • And many other factors

If your organization has multiple locations, and you are looking for the best place to start your LED retrofit rollout, schedule a call to discuss your incentive program options.

Do you sell and install LEDs?

No, we are not a distributor or installer of LED lighting. Our only goal is to find and process incentives for our clients. We will work with your preferred supplier, distributor, and installer. If you need a recommendation, Action Services Group offers a national turn-key LED retrofit program.

What are the best areas for EV charger incentives and rebates?

Just like the LED question, this one has become extremely popular, and the answer depends upon a multitude of factors.

  • Proposed technology
  • Level of technology (Level 2 or DC Fast Charger)
  • Your business type
  • The number of EV chargers being installed
  • The number of locations in the project
  • And many other factors

If your organization is interested in reviewing the available EV charger incentives being offered in your area, schedule a call to discuss your incentive options.

Do you sell and install EV chargers?

No, we are not a distributor or installer of EV chargers. Our only goal is to find and process incentives for our clients. We will work with your preferred supplier, distributor, and installer. If you need a recommendation, Apogee Charging Solutions offers a national commercial EV charger program as well as home chargers.

What types of projects qualify for incentives and rebates?

Incentive and rebate programs are generally available for energy-saving technologies like LED lighting, EV chargers, HVAC, motors, and kitchen equipment such as refrigeration, freezers, and ovens.

It is worth mentioning that while most incentive programs are for upgrades to existing buildings, new construction and some renovation projects may also qualify.

Why should my organization use Incentive Rebate360?

The Incentive Rebate360 team has accumulated 62 years of experience in the incentive and rebate industry. As a full turn-key incentive management company, we have the knowledge, resources, and years of experience necessary to get our clients the max incentive money possible.

Can I apply for and process incentives and rebates on my own?

While there is nothing stopping the end user from applying for and processing their own incentives, there are some incentive programs that require the use of an approved Trade Ally or Program Partner in order to receive the incentive.

We understand wanted to maximize your incentive returns by applying for and processing your incentives in-house. We suggest understanding the process fully and reviewing the man hours needed to find the incentives, fill out all paperwork, conduct and calculate energy savings audits, review technical documentation, coordinate all work needed to be done by distributor/contactor/incentive program staff, and finally making sure you receive your incentive check.

Often times it is significantly more expensive to manage and process your own incentives. Our Incentive Rebate360 experts are here to maximize your incentive dollars in the shortest time possible.

How much does it cost to have Incentive Rebate360 manage my incentives?

There are no up-front costs associated with Incentive Rebate360 managing your incentive process. We take a percentage of the incentive and only get paid if you receive incentive dollars.

The percentage depends upon several project factors.

  • Type of project
  • Location of project
  • Type of technology
  • Size of project
  • Complexity of project
  • And several other factors based upon the above answers

If your organization is interested in reviewing the fees associated with your project’s incentive management, schedule a call to discuss your incentive options.
