A History of Excellence: MC Sign Company was formed in 1953, in Ashtabula, Ohio, to serve the greater NE Ohio area in sign manufacturing, service, and installation. In 1994, Tim Eippert, Stratus’ current CEO, purchased the regional, two-person company with an ambitious growth strategy. In addition to exceptional organic growth, the company made many strategic acquisitions through the years, thus adding additional services to their portfolio and prompting a new name change to Stratus in 2020.
